My Services

  • Therapeutic Massage (Most Popular)

This is my most requested style. Therapeutic massage is a goal-oriented session that blends focused work with a calming, grounded presence. It's ideal for addressing chronic tension, postural imbalance, or general pain without being overly aggressive. Techniques may include elements of deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and passive stretching.

  • Swedish Massage

A calming, full-body treatment designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, your body’s natural rest-and-repair mode. Swedish massage uses long, flowing strokes to reduce stress, improve circulation, and support whole-body relaxation. It’s excellent for those seeking to unwind or reconnect with their breath and body.

  • Deep Tissue Massage

For those dealing with long-held tension or specific pain patterns, deep tissue massage works through the deeper layers of muscle and fascia. This style uses slower, more deliberate pressure to release chronic holding and improve mobility. Pressure is always adjusted to your tolerance and needs.

  • Myofascial-Inspired Techniques

Myofascial work focuses on releasing restrictions in the body’s connective tissue network, the fascia. These techniques use sustained pressure and gentle unwinding to help restore alignment, ease stiffness, and promote better body awareness. Often integrated throughout a session to enhance movement and reduce restriction.

  • Trigger Point Therapy

This style targets “knots” or hyper-irritable points in muscle tissue that refer pain elsewhere in the body. Through slow, sustained pressure, we work to release those points and reduce pain or restriction. Trigger point work is often integrated into therapeutic or deep tissue sessions, especially for clients with headaches, shoulder dysfunction, or low back pain.

  • Stretching and Range of Motion Work

When appropriate, I may include assisted stretching or guided joint movement to support mobility and muscular balance. These techniques help lengthen shortened tissue, increase flexibility, and restore functional movement patterns, especially useful for active clients or those recovering from overuse.
